Tennis season starts

The tennis season is approaching. The boys and girls teams have been practicing everyday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some people take tennis eighth period so they get extra practice.

“I am really looking forward to the Gulf Shores tournament. I love going to the beach and I love playing tennis so having them together is extra great!” said freshman Kayla W.

Each person on the team is given a rank and they have to compete with the other players on the team to keep that rank.

“I wouldn’t say that there a rival but my biggest competition would be the person that is a rank higher than me and the person that is a rank lower than me. I want to be the highest rank that I can be.” said Kayla.
